Suzanne McKenna

Global Vice President, People & Culture, USA

SUZANNE MCKENNA is a Global Human Resources Executive, with a 25+-year track record in Strategy development, HR Business Development, Employee Relations, Program & Project Management. Suzanne has worked in diverse environments from US Multinationals to start-ups. 

Previously as Country HR Manager for Hewlett Packard, Danaher, Barclays Bank & Clear Channel International, Suzanne drove high value change projects, led countless mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, organizational restructuring & downsizing programs.  She takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategic development and has won C.I.P.D awards in the areas of employee engagement and change management.  Suzanne is an active Fellow of the European Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and Society of Human Resources Management, USA.

Suzanne holds a first-class honors B.A. in Strategic HRM from National College of Ireland and a Dip. European Employment Law, from University College Dublin.  Suzanne has relocated with her family from Ireland to the US.

Marcela Chaverri

Vice President of Finance
Central and South America

MARCELA CHAVERRI is our Finance and Administration Vice President for Avantica and is based in San Jose, Costa Rica. She has over 30+ years of experience working within a financial and administrative capacity.

Marcela is an accomplished, strategic, credible senior executive who has previously led the finance team within global and regional banks. She has worked for the past 10+ years servicing the technology industry. She focuses on adding value by aligning financial and corporate strategies with local business strategies to achieve purposeful growth. Marcela is experienced in building finance functions from the ground up and overseeing global financial analysis, budgets, audits, general ledger and fixed-asset accounting.

Marcela is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BSc. in Business Administration from the University of Costa Rica.

Melissa Ribeiro

Chief People Officer

Melissa Ribeiro has 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience across a variety of industries and organizations, including broad international roles and significant depth in Latin America.

In her role as Encor'a's Chief People Officer, Melissa provides strategic leadership to the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition functions to support the business through a period of progressive transformation. 

Before Encora, Melissa was Chief People Officer at Actian Corporation, an onsite and clud data management organization. Prior to Actian, Melissa was the Global Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Delux Entertainment, a privately equity-owned entertainment firm. Earlier in her career, Ribeiro served as the Global Vice President of Human Resources at Opera Mediaworks. Before Opera, Melissa was the Head of HR at Yahoo U.S. and Latin America.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern Parana University in Brazil and a Master of Science in Management from Parana State University. She also has a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from The Georgia School of Professional Psychology. 

Nupur Avantika

Vice President, Digital Learning
India

NUPUR AVANTIKA heads the operations division of Encora’s Digital Experience & Learning at Encora’s Pune Lab, with the mandate of stabilizing operations and ensuring seamless customer engagement through our ongoing business transformation process. She works closely with our sales leadership team in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific to ensure predictable and continuous business. 

With over two decades of experience in learning and digital, her primary focus area is the upscaling of business capabilities to include the latest trends and technologies in the Digital Learning & Experience domain.

Nupur, holds MSc. in Communication Media for Children from SNDT University, Pune and a Post Graduate Dip. in Digital Business from Emeritus Institute of Management, Singapore, in collaboration with MIT Management Executive Education and Columbia Business School.

Monika Talwar

Vice President of Client Relationships, India

MONIKA TALWAR is the Vice President of Client Relationships at Encora Digital and is based in Pune, India.

Monika Talwar works as a Key Account Manager for North America and a Sales Professional in the Digital Experience team. A further focus of her work is managing the Sales Support & Solutioning team. She is a multifaceted professional with 20+ years of experience. Her areas of expertise are project management, service delivery operations, crafting value-based digital technology & content solutions, and building strong client relationships by providing the highest levels of customer service and customer loyalty. 

Monika holds an MSc. in Electronics Science from the University of Pune, India.

Silvia Mora

Global Head of Learning & Development, Costa Rica

Silvia Mora is the Global Head of Learning & Development. She has over 8 years of experience  

in learning and development processes for the tech industry. She is a passionate leader of people development and enhancing professional and soft skills. Overall, her career has been genuinely interested in contributing to the development of professionals in rural zones, being a university professor for more than 6 years, and participating in initiatives of social interest to promote equal access to professional opportunities. 

Silvia is oriented focused and strategic in her leadership initiatives and is absolutely convinced that sharing knowledge is a double opportunity to learn.  Currently, she is responsible for EncorAcademy, technical training, and certifications for the global learning strategies across all the business units in Encora.  

Silvia is a certified Executive Coach from the International School in Coaching in Spain and holds a BSc. in Psychology from the Universidad Iberoamerica and currently is studying a Master Degree in Learning Management.  

Pamela Smith

People & Culture Director
CSA

Pamela is our People & Culture Director for CSA and is currently located in Lima, Peru. She has over 15 years of experience in multinational companies such as PepsiCo, KPMG, and Big Cola as a leading strategic Human Resources specialist in local, regional, and global roles. Pamela has a streamlined vision, is business oriented, and always looks for adding value to our people and to our business. She also has previous experience in implementing commercial business strategies in many countries such as Asia, Africa, and America. Pamela is a psychologist with an MBA from Centrum and a master's in leadership from EADA Spain. 

Paola Fallas

Global Marketing Director

Paola Fallas is a seasoned marketer, boasting over a decade of expertise in project management. Her proficiency extends to B2B strategies for mass consumption, technology, and specialized knowledge in women's health technology.

As a dedicated advertising and marketing professional, Paola holds a master's degree in project management, emphasizing her commitment to strategic problem-solving, skillful team building, and effective strategy implementation.

Anitha Sarathy

Head of People & Culture

ANITHA SARATHY is the Head of People & Culture India. With more than 17 years of experience in the I.T. and Services Industry, she has extensive hands-on experience in the areas of strategic program management, learning and development, resource and budget forecasting, including organizational leadership.

Anitha, leads the People team through the reinforcement of a strong company culture in the areas of employee engagement, colleague development, reward programs and talent management strategies which support the achievement of business goals and objectives. She has extensive coaching experience in the areas of intercultural communication, team building, and change management, with proven success in achieving "Great Place to Work" certifications.

Anitha, holds a BSc. in Business Management & Human Resources from Bangalore University, and a Postgraduate Dip. in Human Resources Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Anabel Montiel

Head of People & Culture
Mexico

ANABEL MONTIEL is a proactive People & Culture executive with a 17-year track record in people growth, organizational development and corporate social responsibility. She has been employed by Encora for 6 years. Throughout this time, she has strengthened the company’s people-centered culture as she is passionate about people and their wellbeing. 

Anabel has previously led studies on the social impact of private companies, non-government organizations and neighboring communities as she is passionate about assisting organizations to improve the impact they have on peoples’ lives. She is an avid promoter of freedom in the workplace and exploring participative approaches to connect individuals with collective purposes. 

Anabel holds an honors B.A. in Psychology and further studies in Social Science from El Colegio de Sonora, Mexico.

Rita Katyal

Head of People & Culture
APAC

RITA RAINA KATYAL Director of People & Culture for Asia Pacific, is based in our Singapore office.  Rita is one of the longest serving colleagues in Encora and is an original member of our APAC division. With 30+ years’ experience, strong business acumen and sound judgement, she has generated creative and commercial solutions to business challenges including business start-up and organizational design.

Before joining Encora, Rita led people teams across diverse industries including KG Khosla Compressors, Punjab National Bank, Systec International, & Sprucesoft International. She has spearheaded many large programs of work including the implementation of performance career paths, onboarding initiatives and manager development programs.

Rita holds an Honors B.A. in Zoology and a MSc. Social Science from Delhi University, India. Rita speaks Kashmiri, Hindi and English.

Sonali Kochar

Head of Operations
Ahmedabad, India

SONALI KOCHAR is the Vice President of Delivery, DXP based in Ahmedabad, India.

Sonali is responsible for the execution of all projects in the Digital Experience division in Encora, including the establishment of software development best practices. Sonali has more than 20+ years of experience in software engineering with exposure to enterprise-wide applications and more than 7 years of experience in building large scale engineering teams.

Before joining Encora, Sonali worked for Sun Microsystems and NASA.

She holds an MSc. in Computer Science from Santa Clara University, California.

Sunitha Kunder

Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, India

Her 20+ years' experience plus knowledge of the tech industry, including a large network in India, has enabled Sunitha to deliver first class results for Encora. As an executive and technological recruiter, she is responsible for the implementation and sourcing of new recruitment methods, recruitment software, talent metrics, forecasting new hire requirements and team development in interview techniques. Sunitha manages one of the largest talent teams in Encora India. 

Previously at Symphony Services, Sunitha was responsible for recruitment strategies including market intelligence reporting, compensation benchmarking and customer SLA’s.

Sunitha holds a B.A. in Business Management from Mangalore University.

Ivannia Montes de Oca

People & Culture HR Specialist, Costa Rica

She has skills and experience in labor relations management, conflict resolution, application of disciplinary measures, labor law, occupational health, alignment & cultural transformation, and administration of compensation and benefits. She also has experience in quality assurance, traceability, and audit procedures for Human Resources, among others. 

Niti Seth

Director of People & Culture
India

NITI SETH is Director of People and Culture at Encora and is based in Pune, India.

Niti is responsible for the overall operations of the People and Culture team in Pune including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Learning and Development. She is a seasoned HR professional with over 15+ years of experience in People Management.  Niti’s unique ability to engage with the employees at a personal level, which enables her to grow the organization’s people capital effortlessly. 

Niti is a certified Executive Coach and holds an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis University, Pune and a Dip. in Buddhist Psychology from Pune University.

Adriana Vicente

Corporate Values & Well Being Director, Brazil

Adriana Vicente is an experienced professional in the Human Resources area, focused on Well-Being for more than 20 years. Throughout her tenure, Adriana has been passionate about working with people, helping them cultivate their careers, overcome professional challenges and thrive in the workplace.

For the past 12 years, she has provided executive leadership in structuring the Corporate Values & Well Being area of Brazil, where she acts as a director and guardian of the company’s Culture, as well as its Principles and Values. In that capacity, Adriana leads the monitoring, development and implementation of corporate practices and programs focused on well-being, ensuring a healthy, productive, and respectful environment.

She also acts in advising and supporting the CEO in the challenges of human resource management and in the perception of employee satisfaction.

Daniela Quesada

People & Culture Manager

Daniela is the People & Culture Manager in Costa Rica and the Engagement & Retention Manager for CSA. She has more than 10 years of experience working in human resources, 7 of which are in the technology industry.  She’s a psychologist by profession and is passionate about the "people care" culture through which she seeks to create innovative experiences that help people grow personally and professionally. She’s currently pursuing a master's in Human Talent Management, always guided by her main goal, which is to provide a work environment that motivates people to give their best.

Jessica Sonju

JESSICA SONJU is a US Executive, with 17 years' experience in Immigration Legislation, Arizona & Californian Employment Legislation, People Engagement, and Onboarding. Jessica has many years of experience in the technology and financial services industry.  

Jessica is a direct line of support for Encora’s C.E.O. and corporate office. She has supported the integration of worldwide talent from several mergers and acquisitions.  Jessica is the first line of contact for Encora’s key stakeholders.     

Jessica holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Business Studies from Phoenix College, Arizona.  She is a champion of Corporate Social Responsibility and sits on the Executive Committee of The Arizona Children’s Association, driving their THRIVE Mentorship Program for disadvantaged children. 

Hannah Kodatt Sidoti

Financial Controller

Hannah Kodatt Sidoti joined the US Finance Team as Corporate Financial Controller effective September 9th, 2021.

Hannah is an accomplished senior finance and accounting professional, experienced in building and leading finance functions for rapidly growing organizations. She has spent her career in both privately held, as well as large publicly traded companies in a variety of industries. She holds a bachelor’s in business management from Arizona State University and an MBA in operation and supply chain management from Northern Arizona University. She has over 20 years’ experience in the finance role, as well as operational oversight.

Anna Loh

Anna Loh, Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO and CFO 

Originally from Singapore, Anna moved to the United States in the late 80s, where she pursued a B.A. in Marketing at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Concurrently, she worked for a small manufacturer where she grew quickly from Office Assistant to Product Manager, then Sales Manager, and finally International Sourcing Manager. 

In 2007, Anna moved to Arizona and started what has become a life-long career as a top tier Executive Assistant supporting chairmen, CEOs and other leaders in a diverse range of industries. A polished business professional, adept at working with Boards of Directors, investors, attorneys, bankers, and all levels of business enterprises, Anna loves being a sounding board to seasoned executives exploring business strategies. 

Anna joined Encora as Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO and CFO. This position is perfect for someone who loves business writing and practicing good business. She delights in living vicariously through the endeavors of Encora’s masterful CEO, accomplished CFO, and stellar executive team. 

Outside of work, Anna founded two Dinner Clubs in Arizona whose member couples love to eat, cook, and entertain. She is competitive and enjoys playing strategy games such as Chinese Mah Jongg, Scrabble and Settlers of Catan. 

Artemisa Yescas

Quality Assurance
Mexico

ARTEMISA YESCAS is a Quality Assurance Lead at Encora Mexico.  With more than 12 years of software development experience, she has a broad understanding of programming languages such as React, Java, JavaScript, SQL, Python & C++.  

She is especially motivated in building great quality products that deliver value-add to our clients and customers. Her responsibilities include design, estimation, coding, testing, delivery and maintenance of client software. Artemise is a fierce promoter of continuous improvement who enjoys mentoring in her software areas of expertise.  She is responsible for the certification of internal and external key stakeholders in agile methodology and is Encora’s Agile learning and development coach. 

Artemisa, holds an MSc. in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico. 

Mónica López

People & Culture Executive and Diversity Lead, Mexico

Mónica López is an executive strategist of the People and Culture team, with 10 years of experience working with communities, indicators and policy monitoring around gender balance, sustainability and fair trade.  

She has worked with Encora for 3 years, her topics of interest being human rights, horizontal work culture and grassroot community growth and empowerment. She has been a leader in Mexico in the areas of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. 

She is passionate about working with people and communities to create spaces and conditions that favor a stronger community bond and making people's voices heard. 

In previous years, Mónica López worked in projects related to gender issues and social inclusion, in addition to studying environmental impact - working closely with communities in Southeastern Mexico. For 6 years she was a professor of Economics in the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) with intersectional topics such as gender, Mexican industry and sustainability. 

Monica genuinely believes that all of us can do our part from our work spaces to create a better world. She is an Economist from UNAM and a diploma in research with a gender perspective. 

Iris Hernandez

People & Culture Executive
Mexico

IRIS HERNANDEZ is a strategic and team-minded leader in the People & Culture Team based in Hermosillo, Mexico. She has been part of Encora for more than 10 years.

Iris’s motivation is to prove that an organizational culture, based on people’s wellbeing, contributes to company growth. She takes her passion a step further by creating processes which align with organizational growth and employee development. Iris focuses on strengthening the company’s people-centered culture by designing structures and models for colleagues to experience career growth and developmental opportunities. 

Iris holds an honors BSc.  Information Technology and Telecommunications Engineering from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico.

Dayra Chiu

Learning & Development Executive, Mexico

DAYRA CHIU is a determined and motivated Learning & Development leader at Encora Mexico.  Dayra leads all technical development programs at Encora.  She is responsible for our Technology Graduate Program which enables our graduates to find their path into the software engineering industry by developing multi-skills through our in-house designed EncorAcademy.

Dayra is responsible for building communities of practice and learning management programs utilizing a large network of external IT industry sponsors and entrepreneurship ecosystems. Consequently, she has been invited as a mentor to speak at global events such as Women Who Code, Google Women Tech Makers, Google Developer Industry Experts and Google Entrepreneur of the Week. In addition, she has been an avid sponsor of several software networking forums in Mexico.

Previously employed as Marketing Strategist at Crowdfunder Mexico, Dayra was responsible for the strategic implementation of marketing campaigns and design programs.
